How we use it

To provide and improve the Service: generate drafts from your stories, suggest prompts, send transactional emails, and keep your account secure. We don't sell your data.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run Vivaly (hosting, authentication, AI model providers, email delivery). They process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

AI processing

To generate drafts, we send your transcripts and prompt answers to AI model providers. We don't allow them to train on your content.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from your account, or by emailing support@vivalyapp.com. Deleting your account removes your content within 30 days.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, and follow industry-standard practices to protect your data. No system is 100% secure.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and a small amount of analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
