By creating a Vivaly account or using the Vivaly service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Vivaly.
You own the stories, transcripts, recordings, and drafts you submit. You grant Vivaly a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service (e.g., generating drafts, suggesting prompts).
Don't use Vivaly to send spam, harass anyone, violate any law, or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
Vivaly creates drafts. You are solely responsible for what you send to your subscribers and for complying with applicable email laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated drafts may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing before sending.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivaly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using Vivaly at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
